石巻北高校インターンシップ～後編
前回の続きで、石巻北高校のインターンシップ研修をお伝えします。
車検部に続き、塗装部で
■高橋拓馬君
（趣味＝スポーツ観戦・将来の夢～まだ未定）
■横江祐輔君
（趣味＝運動する事・将来の夢～まだ未定）
の２人に、実際の塗装工程を体験してもらいました。
僕たちも頑張りま～す！
まず、サンディングと言って、塗装面をエアー工具などを使い
やすりで研磨する作業を体験してもらいました。
驚くことに・・２人ともマスターが早く、「思ったより簡単にできた！」と
喜びながら、あっさりと言われました。（おじさん脱帽です・・笑）
続いて塗装の色を作る作業で計測・調色を体験してもらいました。
実は車の色というものは、ただの白色であっても
幾色もの色が混ざり合っているため、
必ず調色をしなければなりません。（ご存知でしたか？・・）
さらに、0,1ｇでも塗装の色を間違えると、全然違う色になってしまうのです。
たった0,1ｇですよ！日常生活では無縁の単位ですね？
しかし、たかが0,1ｇ、されど0,1ｇなのです。
この難しい作業も２人に挑戦して頂きました。
さすがにこの作業は２人も緊張していたようでしたよ。
規定量を入れるのに手が震えて・・
あ～～～～～～～～～～～～！？
最後に最終工程の塗装作業ですが、今回２人には自分の好きな色を調色してもらい
スプレーガンを使い、小さいテストパネルに塗装してもらいました。
高橋君は緑色を塗装
横江君は青色を塗装
２人とも「自分の好きな色を塗装して、凄く楽しかった・・」
と言っておりましたが、でもやっぱり難しかった・・と
本音も漏らしておりました。
しかし、初心者にしては、大健闘です！！
最後は洗車部です。
洗車部には２人の女子、
■高橋里奈さん
（趣味＝フラワーアレンジメント・音楽鑑賞・将来の夢～フラワーデザイナー・かわいいお嫁さん）
■千葉結莉さん
（趣味＝スケボー・音楽鑑賞・バイクいじり・読書・散歩など、将来の夢＝プロスケーターライセンスの取得、ファースト入社）
に体験してもらいました。
もち、私たちも頑張りま～す！
まず、はじめにびっくりしたのが、
朝一番の「おはようございます！」の元気な挨拶でした。
若干、圧倒されつつも（苦笑）まずは、
①修理が完了した車をどのような手順で最終的に仕上げていくのか？
②洗車機械などの使用方法及び注意点！
などを一通り説明しました。
何でも・・家の車でお父さん、お母さんの掃除のお手伝いをしているらしく
手際も良く、飲み込みもとても早かったです。
いよいよ・・各々実際に洗車機を使い作業を開始！
２人とも高圧洗車機の圧力に負けそうになりながらも
車を水洗いしたり、門型の大きな洗車機を操作したり・・と
頑張っていました。
手作業においては
車の外観、内装、窓など・・お客様の車の隅々まで丁寧に作業をしていました。
ピッカピカでしょ～！
と、このような感じで「２日間の研修」も無事終了し
最後に、みなさんから感想を聞いてみたところ・・
★凄く楽しかった！
★この業界に進みたい！
★凄く緊張した！
★社員の皆さんが楽しそうに仕事をしていて凄く素敵だった！
★凄く、忙しい仕事だった・・
などという声が聞けました。
楽しいことばかりでない社会生活ですが、負けずに頑張って欲しいと思います！
